Past experiences and now: bad ingredients for the most part. The original oven roasted chicken was horrible. The original wheat bread was better than the new whole grain bread. I'm still not a big fan about the new ingredients. The jalapeno is still no good. For the most part the ingredients are not quality ingredients. The services can tremendously improve. Subway is an old and outdated company. Should be closed down permanently. Too many obstacles for subway to get better and I don't believe they have what it takes to do it. Wouldn't recommend.

I eat Subway salad twice a day and always in different Subways around the city, but this Subway makes a real proper salad and chops it. I want all Subway establishments to do this. I drove 20 miles here but it costs to come here. I want the Subway owners to see my review. Just do this in every Subway and your profit will be at least 20% more. This is a lot of money that you are losing by not paying attention to the little things. Respect to the staff ?

Guys, I came back specifically and ordered another salad to take photos and videos and post this review so that everyone could see what a real salad looks like, How it is made correctly! It is amazing. I am very happy that I found this place. Now I will come to all Subways throughout the city and everywhere I will demand that they make my salad exactly this way! I think that this is how the salad should be made in every Subway cafe! I am very grateful to the staff, they do a great job!

Almost immediately there was a communication problem, because I couldn't understand him, and he couldn't understand me. There is a lot of plastic guards between you and the employee, so you can't hear each other. I had to ask for onions at least 5 times, before he finally understood me.
After all of that, when I got the sandwich home, it was awful, tasted like stale bread with not so fresh ingredients.
But there is not much open 24 hours, so you get what you get.

GO TO SUBWAY DOWN THE STREET BY 94 INSTEAD!!!
I've tried this location on several occasions and have never had a good experience. It's by far the worst subway EVER. The ingredients seem to always be old and rotten. The bread is never fresh. People who work there don't care about their customers. Worst customer service. Floor is always dirty. The only reason why people probably go here because it's open til late and have no other choice at night.

Why is this store still open?, where there is no toaster. How come the workers still ask you a question do you still want the sandwich. Very bad experience with the staff. This was at 9 pm today which is May 23,2024. This place should not be for 24 hours with such a bad customer service.

This is the second time in the past 7 days these two young men “purposely” ruined my online order. Paid for extra meatballs, did not get them. They added lettuce, pickles and mayo to a meatball sub and clearly it’s not listed on the receipt. They did tjr same thing to the veggie sub I ordered last week. I think im going to try the subway down the street, not worth the it. Wish I could take my tips back.
