The food and the service was fine, but it was the dirtiest dining area that I’ve seen in a Taco Bell. We sat at the only clean table out of. 10 tables total. In the 20 minutes of us dining there was no attempt to come out and clean. It was around 2 PM so it was not busy and we were the only dine in customers.

My friends and I drive out here all the time from Albany Park just because this location is really good about adding the right customizations. We call it 'the good Taco bell'
It doesn't like, transcend being fast food or anything, but it's nice being able to get the things just the way you want it.

Hey man, it's Taco Bell. Scale my star rating to Taco Bell standards. This is where you live más, not dine fine. I come here about every two weeks. They always get my order right. Drive-thru can be backed up by the hordes of taco-wanters in their cars, but after you order they have your food out quickly and you become a taco-haver in really no time at all. Also they have good Baja Blast here.

I became very sick from eating at this location. I don’t know what their hygiene practices are but they are not doing a good job if customers keep getting sick from this locations food. Also packed drive thru at times so you have to wait sooo long for food it’s terrible.

5 black beans in my black bean chalupa! FIVE!!! Six if you include the empty shell of a bean whatever that was... So next time I ordered extra beans that I paid extra for, guess how many I got? ELEVEN! Will definitely be going to a different Taco Bell now. The food is so empty it won't even fill you up anymore. Really unfortunate because the kids that work there are great! Also last time we ate there got sick, so besides the manager making them skimp on ingredients, who knows what else is going on. Avoid this location!

Look, life ain't perfect so I understand that my food can't be perfect either, but Taco Bell has been around long enough to know the difference between putting out good cheap fast food (not so cheap these days) and being stingy just to save a buck.
Tacos had almost no volume to them. Just flat and lacking in every way. The rest of the food was the same.
I needed help with the Taco Bell app and they're saying I have to link a credit card to it any other apps all you have to do is show them the codes and you earn points

I’m not sure who was working on Sunday, 6/30/2024 - but all of the staff working there deserve a raise or some sort of promotional benefit for working that day. They were severely understaffed, the drive thru line was almost into the street/severely backed up, and we were another added work to their already busy shifts (an online order).
When we got to the window to confirm our order everyone was polite and professional, and I could tell they were working hard to get the job done and make sure that we were helped and our order was taken care of. We pulled forward and everything was correct and the food was ready to go with little-to-no wait at all.
I honestly cannot thank you all enough - it is unfair and exhausting to be so understaffed and overworked, but everyone handled it perfectly (in my opinion).
Just came here to say that and give you all the praise you deserve.
We will definitely be back to this Taco Bell! Thank you again, God bless.
