Honestly the food was really good. I got their teriyaki shrimp with rice and broccoli and it was really nice. It’s a little pricey for the food but it was def worth it.

As indicated by number of reviews, this place clearly has habit of scamming people with tips and constantly has poor service. That was certainly consistent with my experience across two visits. It is a shame given their food is quite good despite being somewhat expensive.
Review of second visit: there are couple of things to watch if the party is 6 or more people. The gratuity of 20% is automatically added to the bill, which is customary. However, since there is no hard copy of the menu, that is not indicated anywhere until you get the bill. Even then, they hand you the tablet to sign with the tip set at another 20% as default setting. This means, unless you read the bill AND the tablet carefully, you will end up tipping 40%. Plus, the server stands there watching over you until you sign the tablet, which is quite awkward when you are signing with tip. This experience of paying the bill soured the entire dining experience so much so that returning to this place seem unlikely.
Review of first visit: There is a lot to like about this place - chicken and pork broth were very light but flavorful, ramen noodles are chewy and delicious, eggs that came with ramen were just about perfectly cooked, chopped up sashimi that were placed on salad was very fresh, and ordering through the tablet on the table made it incredibly fast. Having said, once the food arrives on the table, there is no service to be had. Not even checking to see if there is water. In fact, we waited extra 20 minutes until a server finally checked up on the table. As much as automation was appreciated, dining in means there should be service especially if you’re asking for a tip.

Awesome vibe, the atmosphere is spectacular and the service is exceptional! We got ramen which was very nice. You can add or take away from any of your choice ramen. We also got a cucumber salad, their fried chicken and kimchi, all very good.You order everything via an iPad, even order water. Very cool services. We will definitely be coming back for the sushi next!

This is my second visit to this fantastic place, and I couldn't be happier. Both times, I ordered the ramen and absolutely loved it. The broth is perfectly balanced—not overly salty like other places—and I appreciate being able to add soy sauce to taste. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Plus, their drinks are excellent as well. Highly recommend!

I seen this place many times and finally I got the chance to go. The food was good and would go back. But I recently look through my bank statement and saw that I was charged more then I grand total. My total was supposed to be around $63. When I saw my statement I was charged $81.77. I called the restaurant to give me an explanation on why I was charged more than what it really was. I talked to to a employee and I asked to speak to the manager. He dined that he wasn’t available and he said to call the next day. So I explained everything to this person and then he tells me let me get you the manager. Turns out the manager was there all along. I explained my self again to the manager and he gave me an explanation, of course to his favor. The worst manager I had spoken too. He started to raise his voice telling me it was because of the tip I supposedly I have added. I said , excuse me I didn’t add a tip on the card because I left cash instead. The waiter did all the transaction, took my card and checked me out without me looking of what he was doing. First the waiter didn’t even ask me if I wanted to add a tip, second, the waiter didn’t let me know their is a charge for using a credit card. My mistake was not to check the total of what I being charged for. But because I trusted the waiter my card , he added his own tip without my authorization. I left a good tip with cash and now I was charged another tip without me knowing that it was added. Just be careful and check your total if a waiter is doing the whole check out for you. Better you do it yourself instead of them. My plan was to go back, but not anymore.

I ordered the Premium Tonkotsu combo and the Four Seasons Maki - both tasted amazing! The ramen noodles were perfect al-dente and the sushi roll was very fresh with a beautiful presentation. The menu is on a a tablet and once orders the service is very prompt - this was my 1st time eating here and I was very impressed.

I loved everything about this place. Parking was a breeze, the dining room is bright and open, staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and prepared quickly. Ramen and gyoza were both outstanding, and their selection of beverages was impressive. Very lucky to have this place nearby.
