I ordered the tacos, and they had no seasoning. The 2 stars were for the cheesecake, which was delicious .

The food is ok. Nothing to brag about out with all the restaurant around old orchard. The cheese cake is my favorite but it cost too much money if you everything with your meals and drinks!

Subpar service. The waiter did not write anything down and came back multiple times to confirm the same order, which meant we had to wait a longer time than usual to get our food. Cutlery, drinkware, table were dirty. We had to ask multiple times for clean water glasses, clean cutlery and straws. The food was decent as usual but service was horrendous.

Went for lunch, I got the chicken lettuce wraps, very good. I did think they were skimpy on the chicken. I did not get as much chicken for each lettuce wrap, other than that, my meal was good.

I think it’s pretty terrible that corporate decided Not to let this location have happy hour, but every other cheesecake factory in Illinois has it what cents does that make good decision corporate like our neighborhoods, don’t need it just every other

Took my daughter out yesterday and the service was very bad. The food was good but our waitress wasn't caring of our skin color. She took her time taking our orders. She only checked in on us after learning she forgot to add the shrimps to my meal. After that I had to find the manager to get any other services like napkins, water and a container for my extras. She catered to other races around us with care. She never came back to our table to wish us well after paying the bill like she did others. I felt racially disrespected and the manager made it no better. He apologized for her and said we should have reported it to him sooner. Like wow. The table next to us felt sadden on how we were treated. They made a few jokes to lighten the mood and I appreciated that.

This was my third time dinning out at this location and will be my last. The food is hit or miss. Our waiters name was Taylor.

on November 24, 2024. around 12 PM Central me and my youngest son picked up my two girls from Northwestern University, We decide to have lunch . We were dining at one of your restaurants, Cheesecake factory Skokie, Illinois inside Old Orchard Mall.
To make long story short, I was so disappointed With my experience.
While the ambiance and initial service were Pleasant, I was shocked to find a hairpiece in my maile. When I brought it to the staff's Attention, Their response felt Inadequate and lacked urgency. This incident overshadowed the rest of the meal and Left the feeling unsatisfied. I hope they improve their hygiene
Standard and Customer service moving forward.

Chelsea K. the bartender/ server has the worse service that I've seen thus far at this particular cheesecake factory. We come at least 3 times a month and we hate dealing with her rude dismissive attitude. She has us waiting for about 10 minutes before asking us for something to eat, barely speaks when we sit down and doesn't ask if we want bread and butter. Really hate her service.

The Cheesecake Factory is a delightful dining experience that certainly lived up to my expectations, especially after being inspired by the show "The Big Bang Theory," where Penny works. I was excited to finally visit, and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend and a new friend. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide array of options that cater to various tastes. Choosing what to order was a fun challenge!

When our food arrived, it was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I particularly appreciated the generous portions—there was so much food that I ended up with a doggy bag, which I happily enjoyed during my camping trip over the next few days. It’s always nice to have delicious meals on hand when you're out in nature!

Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the famous pumpkin spice cheesecake. It was the perfect ending to our meal—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The seasonal twist made it a must-try, and it certainly didn’t disappoint!

Overall, my visit to The Cheesecake Factory was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and it was a wonderful way to create memories with good company. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal and, of course, some amazing cheesecake!
