The Cheesecake Factory

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered the ginger chicken and a slice of plain cheesecake to go. The staff was friendly, restaurant was clean.. wait time was acceptable- 20 minutes and the ginger chicken was delicious( it’s a hot dish and it’s my 1st time eating it. Will order it again). Cheesecake was good too( good crust and it was moist and not overly sweet)

Waited 44 minutes for them to deliver the wrong order while the rest of my party dined. Was told the computers shut down and that’s why I had to wait twice as long for the meal I’d ordered over an hour ago. Ended up taking mine to go. Female manager refused to make any accommodations after they ruined our dining experience. After all, most families go out to dinner because they want to enjoy a meal together. Manager told me because they remade it, despite the fact that I missed the entire experience while watching my family eat their food, they couldn’t comp it. And this is why I don’t do budget restaurants. They do not understand that people come for the experience and not the food. Of you want to be treated like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money and delivering sub par food and vibes, you’ll be good. Otherwise, just go to a real restaurant with professional staff. Waitress was great in spite of her mistake. Manager needs to be reassigned to the Waffle House or something.

Had Chipotle Pasta in dinner. Best in taste. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of free parking.

Took awhile to get out food, salads alone was wrong the first time. The rest of the food made up for it. I greatly enjoyed the cheese flat bread and the Reese's cheesecake.

Let’s start off with going to the bathroom to wash my hand. The bathroom smelled so bad that you could smell it in the lobby.

The waiter passed out water. I instantly felt a tickle in my mouth and literally pulled out multiple strains of hair from my mouth. The waiter replaced it and I thought everything would be fine but no it got worse.

Our appetizers took over a hour to come. One of our salads comes and it had hair in it. The manager came over and apologized and asking how she could make it better. I outright asked for a discount and she offered a slice of cake. (What if that had hair?).

Let’s mention her make my skin crawl. No lie her clothes were filthy and she was not very clean and was passing out others to go container. She had the open part of the container rubbing all on her clothes. She brought out my food and had it rubbing her clothes from the side with her arms wrapped around my plate. I was so disgusted I asked them to take it back and off the bill.m

When my daughter’s food came there was hair in her burger. That was the worst experience ever and it was for my daughter’s graduation and her first time going. Needless to say I’m pissed!

Cheesecake was excellent. The food was ok. With a large menu you can do everything well.

Everything was very good but for the salad with shrimp add-on.
Salad was drowned in dressing and shrimp was way overdone and chewy.

Service was great in section 49 today around 12 and the food was just as good, always a good visit

I ordered the tacos, and they had no seasoning. The 2 stars were for the cheesecake, which was delicious .

The food is ok. Nothing to brag about out with all the restaurant around old orchard. The cheese cake is my favorite but it cost too much money if you everything with your meals and drinks!

Subpar service. The waiter did not write anything down and came back multiple times to confirm the same order, which meant we had to wait a longer time than usual to get our food. Cutlery, drinkware, table were dirty. We had to ask multiple times for clean water glasses, clean cutlery and straws. The food was decent as usual but service was horrendous.

Went for lunch, I got the chicken lettuce wraps, very good. I did think they were skimpy on the chicken. I did not get as much chicken for each lettuce wrap, other than that, my meal was good.

I think it’s pretty terrible that corporate decided Not to let this location have happy hour, but every other cheesecake factory in Illinois has it what cents does that make good decision corporate like our neighborhoods, don’t need it just every other
