This is my first bad experience with the food at any cheesecake factory location ? I got the Jamaican black pepper shrimp and my husband got the meat loaf. The rice on my plate looked and tasted old and dry. The beans lacked ANY flavor. Even with several shakes of salt!! The meatloaf on my husband's plate tasted like a frozen banquet dinner ? just terrible!! I've been to this and the other locations numerous over the past 20+ years. I was severely disappointed ?

$25(tax included) for fish n chips is criminally insane. You are better off just making it at home. Thank God I used a gift card and not my own hard money.

The food was good. The service was okay. We had to walk to the far end of the building to get to the elevator and then all the back to the hostess station. The other option was the equivalent of two flights of stairs.
This is the second time in two weeks that we visited this restaurant- first due to convenient location and second due to our guests' preference. The food, service and atmosphere were all acceptable in the restaurant- more on that later- but the process of making a reservation was horrible and almost made this a 1 star review. First time my wife called for a reservation and the kid who answered said "we don't take reservations by phone, you have to do it on-line"- not especially good customer service but we were going there mid-afternoon so didn't think reservations were really necessary and let it go.A week or so later, we were back in the area and our guests wanted to meet there for a pre-play dinner. Again my wife called from the car and the young-sounding kid who answered said "we don't take reservations by phone, you have to do it on-line", my wife told him she was in a car, no computer accessible and due to the time constraints of needing to be near the play we needed to make a reservation, so she said "what can I do if I don't have a computer. His response was "well then I guess you can't make a reservation" - Add disrespect to inconvenient. She asked for a manager and was put on hold for over 15 minutes before she gave up, hung up, and called me to interrupt my work so I could go on-line and make the reservation we needed- we should just have gone to Maggiano's.In fairness, we spoke to a manager at the restaurant after our dinner and he apologized, but this is a horrible restrictive and unfriendly reservation system that must be dictated by ivory tower executives- sure it may have benefits to the company but the rigid application makes it a loser for a large portion of their potential customers who want to spend money in their restaurant.Last comment on my food- both times the simple meal I ordered came without the full meal as described in the menu. The first time I just thought the sandwich was dry, and didn't realize until later that the reason was that the kitchen had forgot to include the mayo and sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich. The second time they forgot to include the "dip" on a French Dip Cheeseburger but the waiter (thank you, Oshi) noticed and brought it over later.Not sure we'll give them another try, but if we do it won't be soon.

Had the steak tacos with beans and rice. Steak was seasoned nice, beans were great, rice was plain and dry. Had to ask for sour cream and it took over 10 minutes to receive it. Waitress was not attentive to our table. People were vapping at another table, but management asked them to leave finally ?

The food and the service are excellent. We had a problem and the manager came out and handled everything in such a calm and pleasant way that the rest of our evening was just perfect. We will definitely go back.
We had a lovely dinner @ The Cheesecake Factory. Thanks to their new "Cheesecake Rewards", its complimentary, you can make reservation for 6 guest or less only, No points system though. I was able to make our reservation so that's a plus. Appetizers ordered were all delectable, all the entree were delicious except for both Salmon which were unexpectedly bland. Kudos to the restaurant staff, our server Willie L., friendly, fast, and welcoming.

I was thoroughly pleased with my salmon portion, since they were able to substitute my mashed potatoes with broccoli (KETO diet).The other dish was Louisiana Hot Chicken, which came with pasta and a nice red sauce. From what it looked like, he had finished his plate. So it was a good choice to have.What they also had on the menu which I rarely find myself tempted, was the Skinilicious Cheesecake with Strawberries. It was delicious, and I had someone to share with, so I was able to have some fine cheesecake.Place is on the second floor, but was well lit from the sunlight outside and ambient.

Lizette was the best server. The food was amazing and you have to try the avocado egg rolls they are out of this world! Cheesecake was wonderful and so many choices. Only downfall is the restaurant is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Handicapped people would not be able to access the dinning room.Parking: The mall this restaurant is located in has both indoor and garage parking at no cost.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible
