This place needs some improvement. To start, there were only 2 other people inside, and it still took way too long to get our food. The server wasn't very attentive. Worst of all, I ordered a beer and it was warm. They had to put ice in it. I disliked the pizza we ordered. It was similar to those paper thin frozen pizzas from the freezer aisle. And when I sat down, I got poked by a mascara pen someone left behind! I would not recommend this place at all.

Have been here many times and the staff and food are great! Love the pizza, wings, tacos, broasted chicken and shish-ka-bobs! The restaurant is clean and a great place to watch games and fights. I've only had friendly and attentive staff. It is a good place to go out with friends and your family. 5 stars

Where do I even begin with this review. I believe an establishment should be transparent from the beginning of a service as what to expect especially on a night where there is an event. I was there with friends to watch the Paul vs. Tyson fight, so it is understandable that a bar will be busy. It seemed that they were understaffed and the server was not prepared mentally for a busy night. It would’ve been appropriate for the server to say “unfortunately we are understaffed tonight and there will be long wait times” of course this was not communicated and instead we received very unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude service. Our male server would ask for one persons order and then walk away without taking anyone else’s order at the table. We would start to tell him our order and he would just walk away. We constantly had to ask him where our order was. It took him approximately 45 mins to bring out a can of coke (no cup or straw was provided) and a bowl of soup. When it was finally brought to us he slams the bowl of soup on the table and when we told him the bowl of soup was cold he proceeded to say what do you want me to do? It’s not my fault. One of the members at our table went to the bar to ask for the manager and the manager said that our server was stressed. I couldn’t believe that the manager used that as an excuse for our server, especially in a customer service industry. If something is going on regardless of what it is, it should not be taken out on the customers. The manager came to our table and provided shots which I did not find was the appropriate fix for our growing frustrations. Next was I had asked for water and so did a couple other people at our table and when we received the bill saw that we were charged $4 for a water bottle, even though I did not ask for a water bottle. I was told that they only served water bottles, which I thought was funny because the 2 other people who asked for water it was in a cup not a water bottle. The server should’ve been transparent and said just to let you know water is $4 but of course we were not informed of that. I could not believe that the manager was refusing to take it off the bill when she could clearly see that I was the only one served a water bottle and the other two was tap in a cup. We could also only order coke, Diet Coke, lemonade and water if we wanted none alcoholic drinks since for whatever reason that night Ginger ale and other soft drinks were not allowed to be served The situation that really shocked me was going to the women’s bathroom there were two men in there refilling the toilet paper and paper towels while there were women in the bathroom!! This was the last straw for me and one of the men in there was another manager. There absolutely no excuse why they couldn’t have waited until all the women were out of the bathroom and had the other women wait outside the door until they changed out the toilet paper. That was very scary. This establishment has A LOT to work on. The employees need to go through training on customer service, professionalism and etiquette. My experience has been uneventful and I hope that no one else has to go through this. Please go elsewhere.

We were seated right away, but the waitress took so long to greet us that we already knew what we wanted to eat by the time she got there. She never came back for at least 30 minutes. The runner brought us our food but we had no drinks and no silverware to eat thr food with. He finally got us our drinks and some silverware so we could eat. The server never came back to check on us, offer us refills, apologize for complete lack of service, or anything. It was the worst dining experience we have had in a very long time!

Came out to have a couple of drinks with the wife. The bar service was pretty bad. We got our beers quickly but after this, the bartender disappeared for nearly 10 minutes.
One of our beers was flat and we were waiting to change it out.
In the end, a quarter-full bar with a lack of service. Maybe it could be better on another night. ...

Dined in at the bar evening of 8/20/24. As a former food service/hospitality veteran, I'm normally willing to let bygones be bygones but my goodness what a catastrophe of an experience. Bartender was pretty much on her phone the whole time. Never came by to check if we were enjoying our food (which I wasn't). Naturally asked to see a manager and turns out she is the "manager". Genuinely laughable to call that "service". I get that the service industry hasn't been the same post pandemic but jeez at least have some basic standards of service. Please address the culture that seriously needs attention with the "leadership". Won't be dining again and will vehemently deter others from doing so as well.

Went on a Friday around 730. It was so dark I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the menu. Our server was great and the food wasn't bad. It wasn't great either. We ordered 2 cocktails, they were both too sweet. This place has a serious identity crisis, is it a restaurant or a nightclub? By the time we left the lights had been turned down even more, there were strobe lights going and there was a DJ playing music that was so loud I couldn't hear my SO. Probably won't return.

Everything was good except for the coleslaw, it's more like a relish for the brisket. Dry and slightly sweet
A nice place to get together with friends for some good American food. I got myself a mushroom burger, but my friends said they also liked the ribs and the shrimp scampi.
Servers were nice and attentive! She helped me decide between what options to get.
A little dark for my liking, but a decent place to get some drafts and watch the game (many screens with a HUGE screen)
