Tried this place this past June after wandering around Old Orchard Mall and would definitely come back here after our very first experience.
Great all-around menu with familiar traditional Mexican eats as many Mexican restaurants I've been to and the food is delicious here.
Anytime I try a new Mexican venue, I almost always go with the Chicken Enchiladas with Molé sauce, steak tacos and a Margarita. This time around I also decided to try their Pozole which was quite good.
Lively & colorful ambience, yummy Mexican fare at fair prices and friendly service in a clean dining space. Another hit and go-to venue for the Mexican category, hope for several more years to come of continued boomin' business for the owner(s).

Parking lot is busy but restaurant is worth it. We went on Christmas eve and they were open. Wonderful place, nice people, delicious food. I had the vegetable sope. It was the best I've had since we moved back to Illinois 5 years ago. My husband had tacos, chorizo, and al pastor. He really enjoyed them!! If we ever go back that way we will definitely go again!!

Order delivery on Uber Eats tonight and sadly my tacos were wrong. We called the restaurant and they fixed it right away by sending me new tacos! Thank you so much :) the food was great and definitely hit the spot for my pregnancy cravings. Next time we will order from the restaurant directly.

I really like this place! I’m a professor at Oakton College and stopped here a couple of years ago. There are many options on the corner and when I had a class in Skokie again I drive by and decided to see if it was as good as I had remembered. It’s not. It’s better than I remembered!
It is now the stop I visit on my way home from class at night. Their hours are great for that and their place looks fantastic! I get mine to go so I can’t speak on the service but the tacos are PACKED with meat and are delicious! My favorite is the chicken. The fish is okay… the beef is great. I like it. I recommend it. The price is right. Enjoy!

Randomly snugged up to a very busy car wash, this hidden gem is legit. Their salsa is fire, the fajitas are tasty and not slathered in grease like too many other Mexican joints, and their mole is some of the most uniquely flavorful I’ve had in a long time. The service was friendly and the overall experience was excellent. Go check it out.

The place is cute, and they do a nice job tying the patio and the inside of the restaurant together. The wait staff was cleaning up, and welcomed us when we came into the restaurant. We enjoyed the chips and salsa, shrimp fajitas, and chicken in mole. Everything was fresh, and the portions were large. Mine was just lukewarm, and it made a difference. We'll try it again🙂
Great food! Verde's steak burrito, fried shrimp, and taco salad are among my favorite foods. Service is very friendly and prices are reasonable for the amount of food. One of the best options for proper food in this neighborhood.

the queso was just nacho cheese, the beans canned and reheated, the chips were stale and hard, and my partner’s concrete seat came off the metal stand and they fell onto the ground. the staff didn’t say much to us, but were telling each other about the seat falling off in spanish.
