The staff are amazing, I always feel like the staff at this Wendys want be at work. Good food, fast service and great staff. When I was there in the drive through and a person was ill in the dining area and the staff t called the fire department and may have save someone's life, awesome. If the staff reads this, great job and keep doing great. Always do your best, even if it's just sweeping and mopping, be the best sweeper and mopper then

Get to drive through. Place order. Does not read back order. Does not provide amount. The Cashier doesn't acknowledge you. Doesn't tell you the amount of the order. Nor do they provide a receipt. Get your order and it's incorrect. The people are rude and can't follow basic instructions.

The Big Dave's Deluxe is what made me a fan of Wendy's. A fresh beef patty run it through the garden. With or without cheese freshly made with a side of fries & a Vanilla Frosty. Perfection served up everyday by a staff of well trained individuals who keep the establishment running clean & tidy. The parking lot has access spaces in front near the entrance. I love the fountain drink selection. Tropical Hi-C you really know how good it is. I hope you enjoy your visit as much is enjoyed mine. Maybe next time I'll try the Baconator. I love grabbing a few double stacks before a game. One first the ride home, one for the line in & one for halftime. How many frosty's do you need for a day at the beach & is that with fries? This was the first time that I was able to try out here in Skokie. And I was pleasantly surprised. Since I work at Wendy's before I know just how good the food can be and just how bad it can get. and this location definitely a character about making their food good. Thank You Guys.

Terrible. They prioritize their uber eats before customers in the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, to the point where when i went for a refund, the manager said “you sure? We’re just throwing the chicken in”

Not only is the food always wrong every single time I come here I always give this place the benefit of the doubt of it being Wendy’s and it’s gonna be OK and it’s always gonna be the same. However, the service is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life Time after time every single time I come the people in the drive-through are so dismissive and they make you rush your order. I would only eat at this location if everything else was closed and I was forced to other than that I’m good.
