They forgot to put the bacon on my sandwich. I don't know what's wrong with these kids they're constantly screwing up orders. They shouldn't make more than $15 per hour to much incompetence.

I went to this location at 8:25 pm with my family to get some fries and a fruit punch powerade for my little brother, my dad has struggled with english and always tries his hardest to pronounce things right, when he was trying to order the fruit punch powerade the person at the drive thru taking our order just gave him tone when he couldn’t understand him and told us to pull to the first window, when we got there i told him what are the powerade flavors and he told me he doesn’t know, he works there how would he not know the menu? That’s exactly what I asked him and he shut the window on me, we pull to the second window and the rest of the crew gave us tone and faces when completing our order, nobody was polite, on top of this of course the first person who took our order left the money we have already given him at the first window, you never treat a customer like this, it is not the customers fault that these people aren’t trained right and don’t want to be a help at all, please hire more people that try their best to help the customer out, especially if they’re from another country. The whole night crew is ridiculous. I know how it’s like to deal with rude customers all day and feel completely stressed out but these people were just rude the whole time, I was never trying to give these people a hard time but I can’t just let them continue to treat their customers this way.

They made me wait and got my whole order wrong. It's always like this. Last time I'm coming to this Wendy's. I order two double Dave's with no onions no tomatoes and no pickles. They gave me with e everything on it and triple burgers with beacon

I don't know how they're training the staff, but this is starting to be like Chipotle. They're becoming skimpy on the fries. I ordered a large meal and when I looked at the fries, they didn't even put any in there. It was more like a medium size that they threw into a large. Never coming to this location again.

This is literally the worst Wendy’s to order from at night I’ve had 3 uber drivers rejected and this has happened more than once. So annoying
I made a mobile order online for drive through pickup. Something went wrong with my drink order and they received it as a small order I meant for it to be a large the person at the windows name was Alex and I told Alex that I wanted a large and he said sorry the order was for a small. Even though a large cost the same as a small he would not exchange it for me. This is the last time I will be shopping at this location and I will be calling corporate Alex.

They Should train thier staff(drive threw) to be polite with customer. At 10pm night, I went to pick up the Delivary at the drive thrw, one of the staff was rude because I didn't get to first speaker for order but directly went to second window where we recieve final order. However, he could have told this to me nicely but he was too rude.. I don't know if it happened to everyone or they do this to only Indian immigrant.

I'm very disappointed by this Krabby Patty meal! It looks and tastes just like a regular burger. No sesame seed bun, same normal packaging, and the burger is a square. Expected more
