Not only is the food always wrong every single time I come here I always give this place the benefit of the doubt of it being Wendy’s and it’s gonna be OK and it’s always gonna be the same. However, the service is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life Time after time every single time I come the people in the drive-through are so dismissive and they make you rush your order. I would only eat at this location if everything else was closed and I was forced to other than that I’m good.

They forgot to put the bacon on my sandwich. I don't know what's wrong with these kids they're constantly screwing up orders. They shouldn't make more than $15 per hour to much incompetence.
I went to this location at 8:25 pm with my family to get some fries and a fruit punch powerade for my little brother, my dad has struggled with english and always tries his hardest to pronounce things right, when he was trying to order the fruit punch powerade the person at the drive thru taking our order just gave him tone when he couldn’t understand him and told us to pull to the first window, when we got there i told him what are the powerade flavors and he told me he doesn’t know, he works there how would he not know the menu? That’s exactly what I asked him and he shut the window on me, we pull to the second window and the rest of the crew gave us tone and faces when completing our order, nobody was polite, on top of this of course the first person who took our order left the money we have already given him at the first window, you never treat a customer like this, it is not the customers fault that these people aren’t trained right and don’t want to be a help at all, please hire more people that try their best to help the customer out, especially if they’re from another country. The whole night crew is ridiculous. I know how it’s like to deal with rude customers all day and feel completely stressed out but these people were just rude the whole time, I was never trying to give these people a hard time but I can’t just let them continue to treat their customers this way.

I don't know how they're training the staff, but this is starting to be like Chipotle. They're becoming skimpy on the fries. I ordered a large meal and when I looked at the fries, they didn't even put any in there. It was more like a medium size that they threw into a large. Never coming to this location again.
