Bamboo Spoon Frozen Yogurt Cafe

Ok spot, good froyo, but fair warning its expensive in comparison to other places, nothing unique just more expensive. Cashier weighed the spoon and napkin with the yogurt. I try to avoid coming here if possible. But if you don’t mind the price, feel free to check it out.

This place has amazing frozen yogurt! The flavors are delicious. It's a bit on the pricey side, but the quality definitely makes it worth it for a treat.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. There was a Help Wanted sign in the window. Only one person working. By the time our order was wrung up I counted 17 people in the store. We all felt very sorry for the girl that was working. She was doing a fantastic job in spite of what she was up against. If you don’t have enough help shouldn’t a manager or owner be stepping in to help? So unfair to her. Was she getting paid double for doing the work of 2 or more people? I’m sure no. I was proud of the customers for being patient as they could see how stressed she was taking orders, making drinks and ringing people up.

'Frozen Yogurt' is more icy than anything making the weight much heavier so you pay more. It's like a thick slushy consistency. I won't be coming back. Toppings are not very fresh either.

Our family is full of ice cream lovers, and we finally found the perfect place! 🍦💛 Bamboo Spoon has become our weekend tradition—our kids beg to come back every time. The frozen yogurt is always fresh, with so many fun flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the space is clean and cozy. It’s more than just dessert—it’s a sweet little family moment every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Ice cream was terrible, $40 for ice cream worse than store bought, as well as unclean and smelly shop.

Frozen yogurt with lots of extra toppings to choose from. Unfortunately, $38.00 dollars for 4 people is not worth it. It's just to expensive🫥

Visited this place today and there is young girl that works there with big attitude and didn’t even help with the menus cause she was on her phone. I hope the owner takes his business serious.

Bamboo Spoon is one of the two places in the area for fro-yo in the proximity of Hoffman Estates and South Barrington, but even with the lack of competition from other places it does pretty well. Bamboo Spoon is clean and accommodating to those with dietary restrictions because they have low fat options. Bamboo spoon is a little over priced; but isn’t fro-yo always? The only problem with it is that the employees added spoons to our weight of our fro-yo making us pay more, but otherwise it was decent but ultimately I would still rather go to Menchies.
