I ordered the organic mango pineapple smoothie and the lady did it twice and still the same bad texture, no flavor and more liquid and none of the solidity of a smoothie. I used to visit this place twice a week but after this terrible mistake I won't be back.

There was a dark hair in my cup I noticed it when I was putting toppins on my yogurt. Ladies at the counter didn't compensate for my inconvenience just said they don't give discounts. I also don't like my yogurt with hair so yea I'm pist. Writing this while in the shop

The mango boba (blended) and watermelon sorbet here was astonishing. The lady taking my order was very polite and waited as long as it took and this place has such a wide variety of flavors and options. Very good place for children who have different taste if you're trying to get a treat. Will most definitely be coming back.

This placed is overpriced garbage and generic. They don't tell you the price for the frozen yogurt until after they weigh it. I ended up paying of $17 for a simple cup of frozen yogurt. Also, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, as they made fun of my friend's clothes in Spanish thinking we would not be able to understand it. Stay away from this place at all costs please.

For reference my standard for frozen yogurt is Menchie’s. While the flavors are definitely appealing like cake batter, cookies and cream etc. the texture is weird. It almost seems water based? I’m not sure how to describe it but there isn’t a creaminess it to at all. Even when you look at it, it looks almost grainy. I will say I like their topping selection but considering the star of the show is the froyo I likely won’t return.
$10+ for one bowl of froyo plus they had 6 workers causually sitting around talking to each other and not helping customers. Not the first time we've been here and seen this happen. Seems to be a normal occurrence.

I asked for a refund after being served melted ice cream and asked if their cooler was broken after noticing other containers look melted too. The rude teenage “manager” flipped out and continued to flip her long hair, that wasn’t tied back, over the open containers…disgusting! Please train your staff on customer service if charging a premium for ice cream and smoothies.
