Service is always fantastic here. We dine in and come for tastings often. Bartenders are always helpful and respectful, servers are always attentive. Food is always fantastic as well. Had one issue one time with the food and it was fixed right away with amazing service! Would recommend this location to anyone!

We have been members for over ten years and visit this location when we are in the area. It's never been this bad. We were celebrating ten year wedding anniversary dinner, zero acknowledgment of that, they used to bring a sparkling wine toast or dessert. Server got appetizer salad wrong I clearly said no bacon, on top of my main dish the salmon was completely raw inside. My husband finished his steak by the time I got mine made correctly. Should have left before the entree, horrible salmon special, the chili oil on top drenched the whole plate. Way too oily, meant for people way too drunk from wine. Bad taste and terrible prep. The wasabi mashed isn't what it used to be. Zero wasabi just nasty cream way too much of that stuff all over. Couldn't eat it. Was starving so had to eat the salmon but worst meal I ever had here. And the server didn't seem to care how it was. We had to cancel our membership.

Watch for overcharging & 'extra'charges. I bought a gift membership for my daughter in February , this year. The first lunch she had there, no free bottle of wine & unknown to her, a $23. Activation fee was tacked on .... But it gets worse. Now a month later, another $23. Charge appears on her c card statement . Are they allowed to keep c card info IF THE customer wasn't asked or notified of this secrecy? A few years back, I said 'no receipt' after buying wine for gifts. The wine person overcharged me $20-30 that I could not prove w/o a receipt . What's with this Coopers Hawk /S Barrington, IL? Still waiting for some 'real' person to call me back after voicemails & leaving a message online.

I've never had a bad meal here and the service is always excellent! The chicken Marsala (Madeira) and piccata are both delicious and their fish dishes are wonderful! For appetizers, the lettuce wraps and bruschetta are my favorites but I haven't tried all of them yet. I'm a wine club member, which is a wonderful perk! I highly recommend Cooper's Hawk!!

Snake and wild boar go amazing together, great job to chef Rocky! Bathroom was a little sticky but was manageable. Also if you guys could remove the man that stands in the corner of the bathroom that would be great.

This is the second time I ordered gluten free Dana's Parmesan Chicken with Mary's potatoes. Both times the chicken was soo small. At least this time it was burnt. It seems the portions are getting smaller and the price for this meal continues to increase. The service was good though.

We have been customers of Copper's Hawk for many years. Wine Club members, as well. We have never been disappointed on any level with food, service, ambiance. There is consistency across the board.

I'm old and I pretty much jaded when it comes to restaurants these days. My wife such a good cook that the only reason we really eat out is just to give her a break. That being said, I like this restaurant the way I used to like good restaurants when I was younger. Truly an awesome menu and fantastic food.
