I came in for the soufflés and the where over cooked, I asked the manager (Davin) for a discount or if there is any other Soufflés I can get. They didn’t have any other options for me and didn’t give me a discount or a substitution. The workers also agreed that the food was overcooked. They were burnt and had no flavor because it was over cooked.

Imagine paying $13 for this cup, its crazy panera need to revaluate what they selling and prices. Literally crazy you trying to take lunch and getting this for $13 what is the value there. Last time, thanks
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the new mediterranean chicken salad 1/2&1/2. The sandwich was great but the newly introduced mediterranean chicken salad was not that great tasting. It was more acidic on the palate. Also, the cost was upwards of $16.

The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!

I often come to this location to grab a coffee and a quick breakfast with my dad. I just want to say that the bagel machine didn't slice my bagel into equal portions. If that could be adjusted, that would be lovely. I love the atmosphere.

Terrible customer service. I was with my family and my little girl was curious and the man who helped us yelled at her not to touch anything. I don't think that's how you give good advice service.
