Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth’s Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That’s a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.

They didn't include a sandwich melt I ordered, and decided to check on iton my way home. I called and talked with Iris the manager at South barrington store. Asked her to have it ready. When at the counter she rang me up for thesandwich and explained they didn't charge originally. I said ok, but could at least apologize for my inconvenience coming back and now rest of my food is going to cold. The mistake was yours not mine and you don't seem to give a hoot. I said," good customer service would be to tell me to say in my car and we'll bring it to you at the curbside. Her answer was snotty and said I WAS going to give you a cookie. I told her if you had really cared you could have said that up front, not as i'm leaving.I'm in the customer service business and could never get away with giving attitude like that. I won't be going back to that Panera for sure.

if i could i wojld give 0 stars cuz they messed up my fucking order. all i wanted was a grilled cheese and it tastes like dog shit and has gross bread on it. i'm starving and havent eaten all day and they fucked up the easiest order ever. pluss they overprice so much. fuck panera

Visited this panera, myself being a sip club member asked the cashier for coffee and the manager standing in red shirt last night ( older white guy) gave me a mean look already for no reason.And since the coffee was barely warm, I informed the cashier and the manager gets new coffee container, but now I need a new coffee cup as the other one was filled with lesswarm coffee.As soon as I told him excuse me. He turns around to me saying ~~~ WHAT ELSE CAN I DO FOR YOU~~~This less like human person got to realize that I pay for my coffee and never asked for free and his pay is because of my business.
Food and service is great here! Sip club membership is a good deal especially if you live close by. The staff is friendly and always welcomes you when you come through the door. The restaurant is kept clean throughout the day and I often see the staff vacuum frequently. Kids love the value meal which is just the right amount for a 5 and 8 year old.

This Panera is watering down their already overpriced broccoli cheddar soup. Last time I ordered a Fuji Apple salad with chicken I literally got 2 small chunks of chicken.

This Panera location was clean, and food was spot on. I was able to enjoy the Autumn Squash soup that is GF. A staff member located that it was GF from a binder that shows the ingredients. TY again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

The employees dressed up for Halloween, so fun! One employee dressed as a horse, cool, but it terrified my son. He cried and said he was scared. My son is two years old. Instead of just taking off the horse mask to show my son that it was fake and they weren’t actually a horse the employee stood there laughing…laughing so much she had trouble taking my order. Actually, every employee laughed at a 2 year old boy who was scared….then this employee walked by our table and continued to scare my son….
