Pinstripes

I hosted my birthday party there tonight and the management was terrible. We reserved 3 lanes from 5-7. We had a large group, 22 people. We had to wait until about 5:30 because the lanes needed to be cleaned. We brought cupcakes and cake for the party which we asked about when we made the reservation weeks ago and they said that we could bring our own bday cake. We were there for a party with a reservation for three bowling lanes for 5-7. At 5:15, they were still “cleaning the lanes” for the group. We paid $92 for TWO PEOPLE to bowl for TWO HOURS. We paid for our two hours at 5:20, and our games ended automatically at 7:10. When the host of our party called to set the event up, she asked if we could bring in our own desserts and they said we could. We asked for bread with our meal. The server said, "I'll check". When the food arrived, he said, "I guess the chef was too busy for bread." Is it just me, or is that odd? I would have been ok if he had said Pinstripes doesn't serve bread with meals, but something along those lines always pairs well with soup. A cracker would have been nice.
