Back on track! RC was off for a bit but hit a home run for our meal last evening! Welcome Back!

Food, service and atmosphere were great! We both had steaks and they were cooked perfectly.

Great tasting steak and lobster!!! One of the best tasting steaks I've eaten!!!

A little snafu with martini glasses, but our waiter Mentor fixed it! He was amazing! Very personable, professional, friendly! Such a great human being!

it was fine, food great as usual service wonderful, fortunately it was warm and we could sit outside.. the restaurant was do COLD it was impossible to sit inside.. the employees we even complaining.. if it hadn't been a very warm evening we would have had to leave

Every thing was like being in most dining establishments. Nothing special. Good not not outstanding g.

This is are go to place to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was perfect. The service and the food were outstanding.

When I made my reservation, I indicated that we were celebrating our anniversary, so I was pleasantly surprised when they brought us to our table, and there were rose. Petals and confetti sprinkled on the table. It made me feel extra special and I really appreciate that somebody paid attention to that. Thank you again.

Ruth's Chris staff's extra attention to small details made us feel exceptionally special for our Anniversary celebration! The hostess and waiter wished us a Happy Anniversary when we were first seated at our requested alcove table. We were both pleasantly surprised by the red rose petals decorating our tabletop, and the 1st page of our menus displayed a Happy Anniversary banner! Our filets were buttery tender (as always!), and the lobster tails were delectable! The finale was a complimentary cheesecake dessert, with 'Happy Anniversary' artfully inscribed on the plate. Thank you, Ruth's Chris, for making our celebration extra special and memorable! We truly appreciate it!

We were a large group of 18 in a larger group totaling 90 or so for lunch and a fashion show during lunch. The menu was set, with a choice of 3 entrees and beverages beyond water. I think they were understaffed. Service through every step was horribly slow and it appeared that our large group (other groups appeared to be 1-4) was the last to get service throughout the meal. Near the end a raffle was announced, but the drawing was held at the store that had arranged the show and you had to be present to win. It took an hour or more after the rest of the tables cleared for our group to get dessert and our checks. When 3 of us who had carpooled left 3.5 hours after we arrived, half of our big group was still trying to pay. The food (4oz fillet mignon, 3 shrimp, shared broccoli and mashed potatoes, cheesecake) was not up to the quality I expected, especially not for $40 which was a 10% upcharge from menu prices. The fashion show was also a disappointment because 90% of it was in a color pallette unbecoming to me. I will not do this again.

This was our first time at this location and it was a very nice atmosphere and vibe. Great cocktails. The files and NY strip were excellent. We sat at the bar and had very good service. The staff paid attention to is like we were regulars. We will be back!

Food didn’t have much flavor. They were very accommodating about my gluten allergy however.
