Ruth's Chris Steak House

Madelyn was AMAZING!!!! The food was great per usual tje accomafdations were nice as well we were giving the private dining room

It was Easter and I ordered a baked potato and 20mins later the waiter came to table says they are out of them. Seems odd to run out at a steakhouse. Sat our party of 3 at 2 person booth took over 15 mins to get third place setting. Removed our bread and butter before we even received our main course.

Our server Yasmin was very attentive, kind, and helpful. She definitely made the experience amazing. The food was great and the ambiance was good.

All service aspects very good from hostess greeting to table assistant and our server Courtney. Food quality, timing & temperatures were excellent.

Unlike some of the other fine dining establishments, RC acknowledged our anniversary dinner as a special occasion. They also honored my request for a quiet table, which was such a nice change, providing for conversation without yelling. Food & Service were great as usual.

One of the very good steakhouse ! good food, good ambience very low noise level and good service. What else do you want? 

Ruth Chris is Ruth Chris and it never disappoints. It speaks warmth, coziness, ambiance, everything we enjoy. And of course the food quality is way beyond good. We go there to celebrate special occasions from Birthdays to Anniversaries and everything in between.

Kara had amazing service with great energy. She helped us create a memorial night for my engagement with my fiancé. I will forever be grateful and appreciate the staff and the restaurant for this!

Delightful experience that we’ve come to expect at this Ruth’s Chris location. Yasmine was one of the most genuine, attentive and loveliest servers - only adding to the wonderful meal we enjoyed. Will definitely return for another special occasion and will ask for Yasmine.

‼️Please don’t waste your money coming here.‼️ I wish I could give this place 0 starts, the server hardly checked on our table and it felt like she went out of her way to not look at us,she prioritized tables of four or more only. Food portions were very small and over cooked on top of being super overpriced. server was so distracted that she started to sing happy birthday when she brought our anniversary dessert…

Parking: This location is near a mall so it’s hard to find parking at times

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly only has 3 kid dishes

Going to a steak house you would expect them to know how cook a steak medium, but in 2 tries they couldn't get it right. First time my wife's filet was well done, then on the second try it was raw. Where's the expo and kitchen manager checking the cook temps? Working in the industry this was unacceptable especially since we were celebrating a milestone occasion and paying a premium for service and food. The server did her best to make our experience right she can't control what comes out of the kitchen tipped her for her efforts to make our experience better.

My wife and I finally got a night out from our baby and decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. What came later was not what we had expected. To start off my wife had her winter jacket on for majority of the night because it was so cold in the restaurant. And I know for a fact that other tables complained about this as well. I asked them if they could change the temperature in the restaurant and since it's a big place it takes time so we didn't notice much difference. After that we ordered 2 lemon drops and those came out within good time but once we placed our order for our appetizer the calamari that took a long while we decided to eat our appetizer and then place our order about 10 minutes later. My wife ordered the petite filet woth truffle crust and I ordered the bone in filet Oscar style on the side with a shareable garlic mashed potato this took well over 45 minutes into an hour to get our main course. My wife's steak was overdone and then turned dry because the plate was 500 degrees and my bone in was charged and had an off putting taste with little to no pink. The waitress came over to our table once right after getting the food and asked how it tasted before we could even take a bite.

Along with all these issues there was no etiquette from the restaurant to keep it a nice a quiet restaurant we were seated first and shortly after being seated the put a party of 40 right next to us that we're so loud even our waitress said she couldn't hear herself think. To put it into perspective I couldn't hear my wife across the table from me. I spent well over 100$ per person and was very disappointed and unsatisfied. If I have the option I would want my money back because what I paid 266$ before my 48$ tip was not worth my experience and I could have made a better steak at home.

I got the turkey at your table to go... I don't even know where to begin the portions were very generous.. It was the best tasting turkey I've ever had in my life.. The gravy was amazing the stuffing was so incredible I'm having a hard time comprehending going back to normal food.. I definitely will be doing this again next year... I can't properly articulate just how amazing this food was I should probably consult a Robotic genius poet with huge jugs... Definitely the best thanks giving in my life I ever had... Thank you Ruth Chris a million thank yous!!!!
