Everything we had was very good. It was a Sunday night so it was not very busy and very quiet. We all had a good experience.
First time at this restaurant. It was Friday night with a group of 5 (4 adults + 1 child). We really enjoyed the food and ambiance. The service was VERY slow. It was busy in the restaurant, but hard to tell if the slowness was due to staff shortage or not. Our server was extremely friendly but did not seem to be concerned about how long we waited for our order to come out. I enjoyed the food so much that I will give this restaurant another try and hope it was just a one-off!
We arrived to the restaurant for our reservation and they had closed an hour early without contacting us at all. We were not able to celebrate my friend's birthday which we had noted in the reservation.
jay did an excellent job taking care of my family from suggestions to pictures and going above and giving us dessert for my parents birthday. jay you the bomb dot com. appreciate you!

I ordered sushi, an eel roll and a spicy tuna roll. Both were horrible!!
The eel was cold and chewy. The spicy tuna roll had some sort of mush that was inside. I had never experienced something like this before and I have been eating sushi for over 40 years. I didn’t finish either roll. I brought this up to the waiter and he told me “next time order the tuna roll with whole pieces because they GRATE the ingredients that are in the spicy tuna roll”. Grate?? I don’t think there was any tuna in that “grated mystery mix” that was in the spicy tuna roll. I would not suggest getting the Sushi at this restaurant, Go to a reputable sushi bar.
My friend ordered the pad Thai, which was so spicy she could hardly eat it. I think she got through a quarter of what she had on her plate. Thumbs down to the pad Thai 👎

My husband and I always love going here. I have trouble deciding between the Lar Nar and the Double-Fried Pan Noodles; they are both so delish. Service has been good, especially on our last visit. Our server seemed to appear right when we needed her. We keep coming back here again and again, for carry out and to dine in. I like their various maki as well. I highly recommend it!
**We went for lunch on a Friday, and the service was very slow. My husband had the vegetable fried rice with his stir fry and said it didn't seem fresh. My dish seemed over-cooked. Go at dinnertime!**

We went to Wok n Fire SB for lunch and should’ve trusted the warning signs. The restaurant was dark, and only two tables had guests.
The restroom said it all — fancy sink, but disgusting toilets. A quick swirl to clean the rings would help. Our table was sticky and dirty too.
We ordered half-price rolls and a Tom Yum soup — a Thai hot and sour soup usually made with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, fish sauce, lime juice, chili, and shrimp or chicken. What we got was a sad imitation with only onions, shrimp, and mushrooms. It wasn’t sour or spicy at all. A quick YouTube or TikTok search could’ve helped.
Dirty atmosphere, disappointing food. Do not recommend.

My partner and I come here all the time for their miso ramen and Korean BBQ sliders. Best ever! I recommend you come evenings and sit at the bar. We always look forward to being served by Agne. Besides the amazing food, shes the reason we always come back. She makes the best drinks and is ontop of everything.

The food was decent and enjoyable to eat. However on their busy days it takes almost 30-40 mins to get starters and a little long wait on entrees. I feel bad for people who have a big party group, the food would be 2 hours!!! But seriously they need to either hire more waiters or chefs to bring out food quicker. Kids are hungry right off the bat and waiting long makes everything anxious and that not how a parent should feel coming into a restaurant to eat with their kids. If you’re looking for a quicker service, I suggest to go elsewhere.

The food is delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful and our waiter, Jay was incredible! It's nice to go to a restaurant and remember the waiter that you had prior! I will be a repeat customer! look forward to dining at wok and fire again soon!

Lack of servers lead to a poor experience and lots of unnecessary waiting. We almost walked out and they weren't even busy. The young man at front desk was on his phone while he could have been helping the servers and cleaning tables. Food was good though.
