We opted for an afternoon meal time to avoid the crowd, our server was very attentive and he definitely made our experience memorable, service was impeccable. We come back to this restaurant on yearly basis, to celebrate our anniversary and it was nice to get treated like regulars.

Let me start by saying this happened 1 week ago, and I submitted the following review to the restaurant via Tock, who I used for the reservation and sent me an email requesting my visit feedback. After over 1 week I received zero response so I am now going to post this on yelp / a more public forum (nice job Wok & Fire Team!!). If I could give our experience zero or negative stars I would. Our experience was absolutely terrible. I should have known by all the parking spots in front of the restaurant (when the rest of arboretum parking lot was entirely full) and the empty restaurant when we walked in, but we were really hungry and had a reservation. First of all it was extremely dark, I don't mean mood or soft lighting, I mean so dark us and other tables had to use flashlight to see menu, and good luck seeing your food while eating it. I ordered a BBQ tuna steak, but a blackened tuna steak came out. This is after the server and I talked about the BBQ tuna and how much she recommended it, then she put in the wrong order. They took it away, and after a long wait replaced it with one that was still literally frozen in the middle and overcooked on the outside, tasted fishy, and was terrible. I showed the manager Debbie and sent it back, at that point my date had finished dinner without me and I had no desire to taste whatever else they had back there. Additionally the veg fried rice was mushy, like it was made days ago, and basically inedible. I ended up not eating except for the sushi appetizer, and today my stomach is upset and so is hers. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!
