“We went there tonight because of a transformer outage, BUT was the best decision we have made in a long time. Staff and people are very friendly and on the ball.. Food and drinks are phenomenal.. For sure a do over and very soon.. I had the fish, totally awesome, My son had the double Smokehouse - I cant believe he ate the whole thing - HUGE, All in all a great place to go“

“An amazing little bar in afton with great food, I ordered a popper burger this months burger and requested it as spicy as possible! They made it happen and it was epic! Also one of the only bars around with Arizona heat mustard! Definitely a good too on the frys.“

“This place is off the beaten path, but what a great stop. The locals there were super friendly and tons of fun! Nice bartenders, cold beer. We had their giant pretzel- best ever, almost carnival tasting!! Best stop in Beloit for a Sunday Funday!“

“I would give 5 stars but the service isn't always good. My group goes for bingo every Tuesday night and there's only 1 waitress who gives fantastic service. We had another waitress for a few weeks when our favorite waitress Huntar was on maternity leave. The service was terrible. Some food was never delivered. Drinks were never refilled. We all agreed if our favorite waitress wasn't working we wouldn't order any food.“

“If you are looking for where the locals would go, then you've found it! The service was excellent and impressive given how busy it was (6: 45 pm on a friday). The drinks were tasty and refreshing (we both ordered the "Super Sipper") and the food was high end for small town tavern fair.“

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome up till 9pm, because of them having a bar. Mainly all or most orders are in to go comtainers, because of lack of help.........

“Last night my husband and I had dinner at Poison Ivy. We had baked cod with brussel sprouts and cole slaw. The portion was large (we both left food on our plates!) and the food was delicious! The fish was amazing - flaky and perfectly cooked.“

“Whenever I go here I always get their beer battered mushrooms, they are delicious. The portion sizes a pretty good considering the prices. Also, if you go during the day there's a little cat robot server if you like that kind of stuff.“
“I really enjoy this place! They got the kitchen back up and running. The food is really good, and the service is always great! You get the feeling that they really appreciate the business. I can honestly say that a lot of us can't say that about the places we go and spend money. So .... If you haven't been stop in give them a try.

“Nice sports bar with plenty of TVs, tables, and booths as well as bar seating. Had a fair selection of draft beers. I enjoyed some of the old Kentucky. It is a one pound fried chicken breast with Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a bun. Came with a side. All five of us in our party got our food quickly and enjoyed it.“

“Local bar on prairie ave in Beloit WI. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I usually have a pineapple and Malibu, the waitress suggested trying rum haven which is a top shelf liquor which tasted very delicious with the pineapple. They also have slots, and a pool table. Very nice atmosphere, clean as well. They have food but I have not tried it yet.“

“I’d give Louie’s 10 stars if I could! Yesterday we had a group of 20+ there for a bridal shower/family dinner. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was over the top accommodating to our every need. Service was super friendly and exceptional, as well as the food. The bride to be loved every single second and felt very special. They let us decorate and have all the time we needed. Thanks Louie’s for being fabulous hosts on this very special day❤️“
