They have messed up my order the last 2 times I've ordered. Their service has went down hill. Even my redelivered order was still not what I ordered and paid for. that was my last time going to bravos today. waste of $50 dollars
We've been there twice in the last few weeks. You'd think the dining room was abandoned by all employees. It shouldn't take 2 hours for pizza and salad. Absolutely horrible service. No one cares. No one even acknowledges that it's been an hour and no food. No one comes to apologize when it's been 1.5 hours and all you've gotten are 3 mediocre salads. No one cares. I seriously think the 4 teens (2 of which were clearly high) were the only ones working.
Recently tried Bravo Pizza again and the new management has really taken things up a notch. The service feels more organized, my order is accurate, and the food is hot and fresh. Shelli was so welcoming and really paid attention to the details, which is much appreciated. Will be back! Thank you, Bravo Team! Keep up the awesome work.
