Sharks Fish & Chicken in South Chicago Heights isn’t fancy, and it doesn’t try to be.
You walk into a clean, tiled reception area under bright fluorescent lights with illuminated menu boards overhead. There’s nowhere to hide the fact that this is a fish joint. The moment you open the door, you’re greeted by the smell of catfish, fries, onion rings, and spices.

Purchased a catfish dinner which comes with fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw slaw was missing. We were never informed that they didn't have any coleslaw slaw so that we had the chance to choose something different. Maybe I don't eat fries and the other side is what I intended to eat. This is not okay. To ASSUME that you could give less than what the customer was buying is crazy.
