Pedro and Etsiri did an amazing job! On time, everything was delicious! We had the bone in chicken (yum) burgers and hot dogs (all beef). They were great about communication, and handling dietary restrictions and had all the condiments and plenty of FOOD. Lots of leftovers! We used BBQ on Wheels catering for our outdoor graduation party this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing! We went with a pulled pork shoulder, bbq chicken, and beef brisket, grilled on-site package. I didn’t have to worry about anything and it was a huge relief. I got multiple compliments on the food and many asked for the name and contact for their own parties. Chef Jesus was awesome! It was pouring rain when he came to set up but he was very calm and kept me calm by assuring me that he had everything under control and he did!! The fact that they also supply plates, napkins, silverware, and condiments is also a huge plus! Highly recommend!

We had BBQ on wheels cater my wedding on 9/23/23. The food was absolutely outstanding! Everyone was complimenting it. It was the most hands free easy going catering service I have ever worked with. We did the pig roast with the Oktoberfest menu and holy moly was that food good! They came on time, set everything up, food was out right on time, packed all the leftovers and cleaned up. I had about 110 people there and there was so much food leftover for my guests to take home. Communication was on point and anytime I had a question or needed to change something, they responded right away. I will definitely be using them again when I need catering next!

This review is only on a whole pig roast. I had the chance to try BBQ on Wheels for the first time. One of the worst whole pig roast I’ve ever had in my life. Not even sure if you could even call it a pig roast. Let’s start with the skin, it was yellow! I’ve never seen a whole roasted pig with yellow skin. There was no crunch to it at all and it was still gummy. The flavor was, well there was no flavor. Zero seasoning on it, not even salt and pepper. To be honest I do not think this pig was even roasted. It was more like a steamed whole pig. There was absolutely zero smoke or charcoal taste or smell. The only thing I can compare it to is boiled chicken.

We had BBQ on Wheels cater our daughter’s graduation party in June of 2021 and our son’s in June of 2023. Both times crew members, Vidal & Brendan, did the setup, cooking, and service. Vidal & Brendan were incredible both times. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We had about 60 guests each time and everyone raved about the food and about Vidal & Brendan. I could not be more pleased with BBQ on Wheels!

Wow the real deal. We had a backyard party with 50 people for our son’s “local” wedding reception, and it was so easy from start to finish. Everybody raved about the barbecue. We’re talking people from Chicago, Nashville, North Carolina, Texas - people who know BBQ. Everyone thought it was among the best they’ve had. We had the “Southern BBQ”- pulled pork, beef brisket, bone in chicken, corn, bbq beans, slaw, hot dogs for kids. The pulled pork was spot on. The brisket was the best. The chicken was beautifully done, would ask to cut it into eighths not quarters next time. Way more food than we really needed, excellent leftovers to send home with friends to enjoy for days. Incredible value. The chef Armando was wonderful and came out exactly on time and worked for hours cooking the barbecue, asked us exactly how we wanted everything done, did a beautiful job setting up the food tables, and made sure everybody was happy. Communication was excellent. Everything was exactly as described and better than we thought it would be. 100% recommend and would use again. Will use again!
