The Inches Taco Truck came to our house for my daughter’s birthday. They were a hit! Couldn’t have made things easier for me and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Inches Tacos serves flavorful food, including the best burritos in the Elgin area, like the veggie burrito with lots of pico de gallo and avocado. Their tacos, such as the highly-recommended Carnitas Tacos and tacos al pastor with pineapple, come with generous amounts of meat. Ordering traditional Mexican style with cilantro and onions is recommended. The salsas are delicious, and the agua de horchata is not too sweet. While delivery may not always meet expectations, eating at the food truck or restaurant is a great way to enjoy their delicious food. The staff is friendly, and the food truck service is a hit for events. Highly recommended!
