This is where the locals go to get away from the tourists at Portillos. The beef sandwich 's are award winning, cheese fries and the Homemade Green Pepper Soup from Scratch is super Yummy!Vegetarian options: Try the Pepper Sandwich!
My gyro was hard and did not taste great. My moms Italian beef sandwich was so hot it had her coughing. I did not complain about mine but mama was talking to the manager when she started coughing so it was inevitable. Bought 2 hamburgers and a pizza puff yesterday. Not only did it cost $17, the hamburgers were awful! The $6 "quarter pound" burger was undercooked, tasteless, and no bigger than a McDonald's hamburger for 3 times the price! The pizza puff, one of my fave fast foods, was also undercooked. With prices as they are, we don't treat ourselves too often. This was a complete disappointment. Would not recommend Beef Villa!!!
