“Most of the time I use a mobile order, yesterday for some reason didn't work, the app showed a message saying an order is already processing and I went inside, the manager said don't you worry I'll just give you your coffe, it was just a coffee, but It meant a lot, so kind. At the end I checked again and I didn't get charged on the app.
