“I don't go to McDonald's very often, but out of all the locations I've been to, this one is probably my favorite. It's just a little more decorative and modern-looking than your typical McDonald's. I do like it for the little design touches and atmosphere. If we happen to be nearby, this is the location I'd pick.
They have wooden backsplash walls and little touches of floral decor, including small flower vases on the dining tables. It gives the restaurant a more cozy, welcoming, and almost feminine vibe. Nothing overly fancy, but those little design details make it feel more pleasant to sit and hang out.
Customer service is pretty average here and seems fine, but honestly, I mostly like coming here with my kids because of the atmosphere. We'll grab something to eat, sit around and hang out for a bit, and I just like the vibe of this location.
I also remember seeing McDonald's Hello Kitty x Godzilla Happy Meal promotion back in August, which I thought was pretty cute for all the Sanrio fans out there. Hello Kitty really has become such a pop culture phenomenon for both kids and adults. It's also nostalgic for me because it's something I grew up with. Back then, if you wanted anything remotely related to Hello Kitty or other imported Asian characters, you'd probably have to go into Chicago and look around the touristy shops. Now you can walk into your local McDonald's and find a Hello Kitty toy that reminds you of your childhood. That's kind of fun to see.

“Out with the old and in with the new!
About a month ago, I had a very different experience here. The staff came across as disrespectful, impatient, and unprofessional.
Since coming under new management, though, the difference is noticeable. The staff has been much more professional, respectful, and customer-focused.
After speaking with the new GM, K, it’s clear that he’s making customer service a priority. He seems genuinely committed to improving the experience here and making sure customers leave happy.
It’s refreshing to see such a positive change in such a short amount of time. Keep it up!“
“I waited for my cookies around the corner outside (came hot and delicious). The older gentleman at the counter came all the way out to my door to give them to me. He had the sweetest smile. I believe he was training some of the others who you could tell were working hard to learn and provide great service. Such a great location with wonderful people!“
