McDonald's in Elk Grove Village

“Service was good, our fries were cold but everything else was good. They dont have the drink machines in the lobby I was kinda surprised by that as it had a larger lobby.

The kids area was clean and your standard modern McDonald's play place.“

“I HAD NO PROBLEMS ON MY FIRST TIME VISIT TO THIS LOCATION ON 02/25/26 AROUND THE 11:00AM.
THE FOOD WAS FRESH IF NOT FRESHER.
THE CASHIER WAS NICE EXTREMELY PERSONABLE.
THE RESTAURANT WAS CLEAN. THE PRICES ON THE MEALS/FOOD ARE A LITTLE MORE PROBABLY THAN OTHER LOCATIONS.
THE PARKING LOT SMOOTH.
SMALLER LOCATIONS AND THE PARKING LITTLE MORE CONDENSED THAN OTHER LOCATIONS.“

“I had breakfast here the yesterday morning and an early lunch today on July 23, 2026, and both experiences were excellent. The drive-thru was fast, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my order was fresh and made correctly each time.

Today I was especially happy to see Luz, who I remember from years ago. It was great seeing the same friendly attitude and excellent customer service. You can tell the team works hard to keep things moving while still making customers feel appreciated.

I also used to work at this McDonald’s years ago during high school and college breaks, so I know how busy and demanding the job can be. Seeing the team continue to provide great service and fresh food really says a lot about the restaurant.

“This was one of the most busy McDonald’s I have ever seen. I was worried It would take like 20 minutes to get my food… NOPE! I was in and out in about 5 minutes, and it seemed like it was fast because of Esther. She was professional, and efficient. She is a clear asset to McDonalds, and the store and company better treat her like the Gem she is because you don’t get the efficiency she provides with your average employeee!“
