McDonald's in the Bensenville/Elk Grove area is known for its attentive staff, fresh food, and excellent fries. The franchise has received positive feedback for its cleanliness, both inside and in the restrooms. Customers have noted the polite service and the nice view from the windows. Ariel, one of the order takers, has been praised for her attentiveness, while Esme has been recognized for being helpful, friendly, and professional, making sure everything is handled quickly and smoothly. Many customers have mentioned the food quality, highlighting the best fish fillet sandwich they had in decades. There is a little bit of a wait sometimes, but this is because everything is made fresh, and many have noted it as the freshest food they have ever had from McDonald's. The lunchtime rush can be busy, but it is recommended for its quality service and food, with affordable prices and great deals through the app.
