The service sucks, I ordered a $25 worth of food they told me to pull around Park and they would bring it out. When they brought the food out the food was ice cold, I tried to call them back no answer. I tried to call them for a hour no answer.

We drove more then one hour to this place expecting something good and customer service was horrible we had already ordered our food and we asked the person at the window if the 3$ burger bundles were the same size or smaller and he said they don’t even sell those and they have huge signs outside promoting them! And his attitude was horrible he looked like he was miserable there and was just a bad customer service!.he must of been tired or just having a bad day i don’t know but We will not be returning to this place we checked our burgers as soon as he gave us our bag checking that they did not put mustard and they were cold like they had been already sitting there!that’s crazy we had to go to McDonald’s smh!

The service was not great. I came to Checkers for the first time, as I'm from out of state, and was hoping for good things. Unfortunately the cashier who took our order had an attitude and was rude to us as we struggled to hear him through the speaker box. This continued as we paid and waited for our food. Based on his attitude we decided to check out food and noticed we didn't receive our full order. I didn't assume this was done spitefully but it was definitely a 'did not care' attitude. The lack of care for the work environment and customers definitely showed. The food was good but the service keeps me from wanting to come back.
