Food was good for what it was. service wasn't great. Drive through speaker could use fixing
This is the best Checkers around. I prefer this to the McDonald’s across the street any night of the week. Pierre and his team are amazing every time I stop in. I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond each time. Thank you ?
The chili was not the regular chili. Which is the main reason I went there.
Checkers, a fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have praised the quality of the food, particularly the burgers and chili bowl, others have expressed disappointment with the service.
The night-time manager at one location was reported to be helpful and attentive, while the manager at another location was described as rude and unprofessional, even trying to physically move a pregnant customer. The customer service issues seem to vary across different Checkers locations, with some providing a more positive experience than others.
Overall, Checkers appears to offer decent food, but the service quality can be inconsistent. Customers have reported issues with long wait times, unresponsive staff, and even cold food. However, some locations, like the South Holland branch, have been praised for their friendly and accommodating managers, who have made efforts to address customer concerns and provide a more satisfactory experience.
