Dunkin' is a popular coffee shop known for its fresh and great-tasting coffee, as well as its friendly and efficient staff. Customers appreciate the staff's attentiveness, including holding a gift bag for a customer's girlfriend. The general cleanliness of the establishment could be slightly improved, but overall, Dunkin' provides a pleasant experience for its regular and passing-through customers.
