I was in Pizza Hut 12-06-2019 picking up food for me and my family I ordered it hour and a 1/2 earlier and when I got there the food still wasn't ready.
I had found out that they gave my food to someone else in addition to that I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food so I'm all I wait time of almost 3 hours plus for my food.
The service was horrible the line was out the door one person was helping over 8 customers at the time I was there.

I WILL NEVER EVA EVA EVA EVA ORDER PIZZA HUT FROM THIS LOCATION IN SOUTH HOLLAND AGAIN!!! PLACED AN ORDER AT 6:15pm, PAID FOR DELIVERY, WAS TOLD FOOD WILL BE THERE BY 6:45pm, THEN COMES 7PM, THEN 730PM, NOW WONDERING IF THE DRIVER IS LOST. PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO THIS LOCATION AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD BY A FEMALE, DIDNT RETURN BACK TO THE LINE AFTER PLACING ME ON HOLD FOR 12 MINS!!! I’m sitting at an entire hour past my estimated delivery time, with no one answering the phone. This is just a little ridiculous.
