Rude staff and often out of items on Baskin Robbin’s side. Coffee taste, burnt or often made incorrectly. There are tons of Dunkin’ Donuts in the south suburbs, if you can steer clear of this one there was another location
This location customer service sucks! I tried twice to give them a chance but they failed both times. I’m never greeted or helped when trying to order . I stood there almost 5 mins with no help or even acknowledged.
They called themselves a Dunkin’ Donuts, and Baskin-Robbins yeah every time I come they say they don’t have ice cream that is false advertising
