This is the worst Popeyes I have ever shopped at. The manager is clueless, and has no organizational skills. The is able to keep up with capacity. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!😡

Whats the point of ordering online when u gotta wait inside the store still😑😑

Food good but the service was extremely terrible online placed at 748 walked out until 838. There was a guy in drive thru sitting down on a chair. They make me park and I still have to wait. I had to get off to get my order and then then I waited and item was still missing. And no greeting or sorry for the wait. They treated my like I was wrong

I ordered them app and then give me my sandwich fries or biscuit

They were out of red beans and rice and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. We asked for sweet heat sauces and they said they would charge. They also were out of tea and said the manager wouldn’t give that out for free.

Had a terrible experience with the drive-through the cashier had a swag and was a guy I had a weird attitude when you asked for something like condiments the food was basic the customer service was rude and terrible I won't go there again

Zero stars if I could. 30 minutes for chicken sandwiches, pulled to the parking lot and forgotten about. Manager on Duty was Chris, his attitude was nasty. Told me to go to the drive thru line when I asked about my order that was placed 20 minutes prior. When asking for a refund he was rude and refused to refund the money without the coupon code that had already expired. Just go to a different location.

Good location. While there was no advertisement for the drink I wanted inside the restaurant or on the menu, the person on the register was kind and had the knowledge to know what I wanted.
