Let me tell you something... when you get off of work, that you had to wake up at 4am btw, and you buy a venti pink drink no-ice extra base add sweet foam and the first thing you do when you get off an hour and a half train ride is drop it, much prayer and patience is required... things happen for a reason. (I know I'm spelling this wrong, sorry) merica and her coworker with no question after letting me vent for 10 min had a replacement ready and on the house..... WOOOW NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DAM IT! THANK YOU SO LADIES SO MUCH YOU MADE MY DAY! I WILL BE BACK.

Good afternoon Customers! I did a review about 2 months ago regarding a barista in South Holland using a milk product other than the oatmilk that I ordered, and it happened again this morning(different barista)! I went back there because it's conveniently close to work. I watched the barista make the order however, I was sure it wasn't mine because she used a milk other than the oat milk I! I ordered a Gingerbread OATMILK Chai! I decided to ask her what's the name on the order she was preparing, and it was mine! I then told her OATMILK is supposed to be in what I ordered, and she responded non chilantly "oh I forgot". In my head I'm thinking WTH! I understand that the oat milk may be a bit more costly, but other milk products should not be used if not requested. Some of us customers have health issues that causes us to have to avoid certain dairy products! What about unsuspecting customers that order oat milk etc that go through drive thru, or come in store, and just simply wait for their order trusting that it will be correct! Come on South Holland Starbucks! Please please do better! We are trusting that we receive what we order!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a frozen lemonade; however, the product I received was subpar. It appeared to be excessively diluted and did not possess the frozen consistency that I had anticipated; rather, it contained merely blended ice. Furthermore, I want to clarify that I arrived three minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time for my drink. I believe it is crucial for quality and service standards to be upheld. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

With new faces come new attitudes, I come here weekly and have not seen the manager Jocelyn. She always remembered what my drink order was and which cake pop I had a taste for. With her gone, it has not been the same, I pray she moved onto better things.

*First time visiting this location* I placed an order for the impossible breakfast sandwich and was given a greasy bag with a thrown together breakfast sandwich in drive thru. I could tell the sandwich was either overcooked or the muffin was stale because the muffin was tough to the touch. When I went inside to speak with the manager, as amicable as she was, she wanted to justify the fact that my bag was greasy and the sandwich was thrown together. I asked for a refund, she made no attempt to save a customer, No offer to remake, offer a credit for another visit, not a care in the world about serving what looked like unappealing thrash to a customer. I enjoy Starbucks because of the service they provide, this location needs a revamp. I will not visit this location again and I will definitely share this experience with others especially after reading these other reviews. Shame on you Starbucks crew.

Worst service ever
Kayla,has the worst attitude. I placed my order through drive thru and her voice on the speaker was not pleasant at all. When I arrived to the window she had a frown on her face. Aside from Kayla’s bad attitude I specifically asked for no foam and no whip cream. Kayla handed me my drink and walked away, and foam was included in my drink.. I had to blow my horn twice to get her attention. When she came back to the window I asked for a manager and she said “I am the manager “So I asked who was over her? She said she wasn’t available so I asked for the other person whose name is Lucy. I asked Lucy for Leticia’s availability,and she was pleasant. When I took a sip of my drink it was not to my liking. It was very bitter and strong. This is not the first time of my dissatisfaction .As of lately the service and quality of my coffee has been horrible.
This message humbly addresses the not so humble people, some people are pretentious and being someone they are not. I don't understand why there aren't more honest people in the world. This place of business I will not patronage. The manager that interviewed me is not so pleasant and I honestly wish I didn't meet someone like her. Anyways I wish you well, it wasn't a pleasure to receive an rejection letter 4 weeks later like I didn't know I wasn't hired already. Thanks for doing me a favor tho, it's people like you I wouldn't want to work for in life. God bless you!

Horrible service. Hair in my drink and they wanted me to wait for them to remake it. But offer nothing for the inconvenience. Never will come back again. They have been declining in customer service.
