One of the best around. Staff always incredibly polite and friendly. Drink made right!!!
Vee is very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service at Starbucks in Crete. She is an excellent barista!
If I could give service 6 stars I would! I asked for Bartender's Favorite and Tristan made me an INCREDIBLE drink- whereas most employees would have gone generic, he was honest and incredibly friendly and chatty the whole time. I'm leaving with a grin on my face and this drink is my NEW FAVORITE!!

The Starbucks Coffee Company in Crete, IL, receives outstanding reviews for its exceptional staff and customer service. The team is described as fantastic, very friendly, and amazingly attentive, greeting every customer and remembering regulars by name. One reviewer noted a staff member who recognized them by their voice alone. The service is highlighted as a perfect example of how customer service should be everywhere, with staff going above and beyond. For example, a barista carefully packaged a Father’s Day order, using tissue paper creatively to make it feel gift-worthy. The coffee is delicious, and specific meals like a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese and a cappuccino are praised as fast and well prepared, though the $15 price is noted as a treat. The bathrooms are very clean, and the location is wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking. One reviewer spilled their drink, and the staff kindly remade it. Despite being a 20-minute drive from Indiana, customers say it is worth coming out of the way for this store. Highly recommended.
