Clean on the inside and fast.
This McDonald's has the best employees. They care about their job and you can clearly see that. The food is always correct, hot and fresh. The staff works hard to have this McDonald's be this consistent and reliable. I live closer to Chicago heights but travel to this one because 1. Like I said reliable and tastes good but 2. McDonald's is a restaurant known for its friendly employees who quickly correct any order mistakes. The interior is clean and has a calming atmosphere, making it a good place to make phone calls, text, or read. There have been comments about an unpleasant smell upon entering. The Big Mac burger received mixed reviews, with some finding it cold and disappointing, while others enjoyed the fries and Coke. Recently, a customer praised a McChicken hack, where adding cheese and Big Mac sauce transformed it into something almost gourmet. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is noted for its fancy appearance, which makes the BK across the street look shabby. It lacks TV screen menus, but has paper menus that give it a real restaurant feel. Indoors is kept very clean, and the spacious parking lot is also well-maintained. Overall, it is a small, cozy restaurant located a bit out of the way, with nice service and a great example for others.
