Horrible. Online states this Crete location is open till 930 pm during the week. We arrived at 815pm and ordered at the drive thu. However, attendant told us "Oh no you cannot order a burger we are going to clean our grill right now." So we had no choice but to order chicken tender meals. Ridiculous!?Pulled up to the window, 2 young ladies working. 1 was laughing, the other with a smirk. We had to wait 6 minutes for our food, time was not communicated. Nice place, slow service though. Only two ladies waiting on customers, one in drive thru one at counter. There should be more staff, but not their fault. The ice cream is good, but you could tell by the quality that they were rushed making desserts. I would visit again, but hopefully the manager adds staff to help at the counter and window. Interior needs some updating, kinda blah....

They are very slow. Your ice cream is melted before you get it. They are super expensive. A large blizzard cost almost 7.00. Meals are truly high, too.
