The 3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve had a bad experience. I dread going because it feels like I’m just throwing my money away. I ordered 2 drinks with extra syrup (and paid for it) and it didn’t even have the standard amount that you get for free. I asked about it but was in the drive thru and decided not to force everybody to wait while my drinks were remade. Don’t expect to have a good drink if you come here. Save yourself and go to the newer location in Lansing on Torrance which I normally do and would have done if they weren’t out of the item I wanted

Missed the crew that was here when this one opened. Even the crew from just September-December 2023. Today I received two drinks in which one was filled to the black line of the cup with the lavender foam lacking flavor and obvious lavender color. The second drink lacking the lavender flavor all together. Drove back after getting the drinks bought home by my friend and politely told the Caucasian barista what my issue was with the drinks and if she could remake them with attitude she says its all in there and obviously its mot considering im here every other day getting this drink. She stares blankly and says ok. I proceeded to order a breakfast sandwich in which the african American cashier rang me out for. As I scanned she walks away I waited at the register to ensure payment went through. Hearing the interaction from me and her coworker as they are the only two working she was in a hurry to walk away. She camr back to the register I asked did it go through she says mmmm try again. But had you stayed there and finished ur transaction before walking away to gossip about a mistake you made on your headset with a $20 dollar order for three items. Excuse me do your job correctly the first time so you dont have uncomfortable experience's with customers, retain customers and maybe even get a tip while your at it. Your wasting my time as I had to leave my 3 month old god son home to drive to a place to fix a issue I didnt make in the first place! The drinks were remade the correct way and i let the barista know this taste way better her response "yeah" wont be back and will be reported

This Starbucks is not that bad but I just cannot get a fresh cup of coffee. I don’t think they brew often. The cost is too much for getting bad coffee every single time. Then when you call they just give you a new cup but don’t change the behavior.3-8-2024- I have upgraded my review from last month from a 3 -4 star to a 5 star across the board.!!! This location listened and got a new coffee machine! Now I get the perfect cup every time. Kudos to changed behavior!

I frequent this Starbucks all the time because it's in my neighborhood. I like Starbucks a lot but when I go to Starbucks. And they only have Pike on tap. That's not good because I don't like Pike. Everybody don't like Pike. Everybody don't want a poor over there. That ends up loop warm after you get it. How come you aint got blonde on tap Samantha? You'll have so many different things that you can put on tap. Besides Pike, but that's not what I've sent me what of set me was. They didn't have any coffee contact. Told me they had enough to make a call. Bro coffee, it's a cool day. Nobody wants a cold brew coffee on a cold day. They had no other coffee on tap. Not even Pike, how about vet? What do you think about that so much for customer service, huh?

I come to this Starbucks almost everyday. When I come through the drive through I NEVER get a full cup of coffee, but when I come inside I get a full cup. I order the same thing every visit. I get a grande hot regular caffè mocha. This morning same routine like I said EVERY TIME I go through the drive through I get a half of cup. Well this morning I was really upset because I pay $5.75 for this drink. This morning I got less than a half cup & they gave me the wrong drink. When I called in the girl made it seem like I should not get whip cream in my drink no that’s what comes with the drink. I was really irritated and the solution is always could you come back no ma’am I have to work you peoples should get the peoples orders correct one customer at a time. Oh and btw she said she put my name on the list for a free cup the next time. Wow, get my order right and it wouldn’t be any book. Really irritated with this place!!!

Service is poor. The server family came in behind everyone else and was pull from the line and ask what each one wanted. Server return behind the counter and begin preparing there orders. It was four of them. There attitude was ver bad. This happen August 29, 2023 time 7:18 Tuesday morning, food Is cold when upon order request heated. Drinks are poorly prepared. Need new management.
