The staff, including several hardworking employees, are often praised for being friendly, professional, and attentive. Customers feel well taken care of, with staff knowing their favorite drinks and even celebrating special occasions like birthdays. The drive-thru service is quick and the baristas are nice and professional, providing a positive experience.
