I’m coming in on Tuesdays for my French Dip! The employees be in there WORKING HARD. I applaud them for their ability to stay calm under such pressure. On top of that, the Sammies are WAYYYY more filling than subways. I love the bacon and the lil thin sliced lettuce 🥬.

Their sign caught my eye as I passed. Decided to stop by on my way back. What a delight. Ordered their Wednesday special, Turkey Pesto Melt 6". Huge sandwich! Delicious! Definitely will come back.

I have enjoyed the sandwiches I’ve had so far! Very accommodating to changes to signature subs! I’ve only had take out and the sandwiches have been fresh! It is reasonably priced for quality & quantity you get! Definitely recommend!

We just went here this past weekend, I got the small spinach salad and it was the perfect size. They were not chinch’s with portions. My husband got the signature sub and said it was really good. They made it fresh so it took a few extra minutes but worth the wait! Plus it’s so cool looking inside. Definitely going back to try more things! Thank you for being in Sparta! Please don’t go anywhere
I saw this place 2 weeks ago visiting a friend in Sparta and thought I'd try it one day, today was the day and I was not disappointed parking was a little tricky but the store front looks good and the inside is really nice I was greeted and my order taken as fast as I was ready. The sub was amazing I had the 12" Brickhouse. It was a clean environment and great atmosphere to sit and enjoy my time. Thank you Brickhouse for the great experience.
