“We visited on our way home to Galesburg, IL after attending a concert in Chester. WOW, the food was AMAZING! My sister said, "They have the very best brisket, pulled pork, bacon, and turkey I've ever had in my life. It literally melts in your mouth. It was 5 times better than my favorite barbecue place. And I have never had turkey that wasn't dry until today." I am picky about my mac and cheese but yours was amazing. My smashed burger and tator tots were excellent. If ever back in the area, we will definitely be coming back for more. The owner and staff were so great despite being short-staffed that day. I highly recommend Smoked N Smashed.”

My grandson told stories to his heart's content. It was clean and there weren't any napkins but Teresa brought us paper towels.”

“While attending the Grand American in Sparta friends suggested dining here. Food was great and we made two trips for lunch. I had the bluegill one day and a blooming onion burger the next. Also scrounged a piece of cherry pie for later. A friend of ours from Asheboro NC tipped us off about this place and we hope to return to dine in 2027. The pickles we ate one day were possibly home made or locally sourced and I neglected to ask the waitress. The cafe sits ride beside the railroad tracks and a freight train rumbled by while we were dining. I did not hear one complaint from any of my friends and some were miserable when they left because they are so much...”

“Bucks town pub in coulterville IL is the local hotspot. Friendly loving atmosphere. They take care of their people. Caitlin is an amazing bartender she served us and took care of us the whole night. “This is my go to place! I drive about an hour one way to go spend my time here (sometimes more than once during the weekends!) I enjoy the atmosphere, the bar tenders & owners are so so friendly! AND they have karaoke all the time! If you're looking for a fun lively time and enjoy smiling faces, fun, karaoke & great friends I highly recommend visiting ASAP!”
