We ordered 3 things. The sandwich was inedible (extremely tough) the gumbo was ok and the salad was missing from our pick up order. I called and the lady was extremely sweet and apologetic. She offered to remake our food at no cost and refund our full price. Although it wasn't the pleasant food experience we were hoping for, her pleasant attitude totally made up for it and we will gladly give them another try in the future.

Waitress never wrote down our order said she would remember had to tell her to get our salad she forgot to bring extra salad dressing as I asked her for after couple bites meal came said they would keep in warmer after salad food wasn't fresh from being in warmer asked if wanted fresh fries but what about other food waiting on fresh fries knock some off bill not enough for me eat there several times in past wasn't treated as a good customer very disappointed may never go back

We went last night, and the server was horrible to deal with. I ordered a salad, and the lettuce was close to turning back to dirt. After I sent it back, they threw what looked like the same lettuce on to my sons and wifes plate as a side for their burger and meal. The swamp chips were so burnt that I could not even hold them in my hand without them falling apart. Since this business switched hands, it has fallen apart. Food is nasty, and service is completely horrible.

Authentic NOLA food and great portions. I drive 2 hours to eat there. I can't recommend it enough, you will not be disappointed.
I have never viewed a waitress working so hard to keep up with all of the people in the dining room. It was extremely impressive. At times she was running. Lasagna special was fantastic. Service impeccable.
