Excellent choice for breakfast or lunch. This local gem has been in business for ten years and has a loyal following. Their chocolate chip pancakes are a favorite with kids but adults love the omelettes and French toast. The multi gram pancakes are fluffy and delicious. Huge sandwiches and wraps at lunch

Midwest Breakfast Company is a great little breakfast/lunch cafe in Spring Grove. The food is consistently delicious and the service is fast and friendly. We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and it’s all good!

I have been coming for breakfast since spring and both the food and service was exceptional. I don't know what happened today but we waited at least a hour for our food to be delivered and only after I asked if there was a problem. I had noticed that everyone that came behind us had already received their order. I had to literally flag someone for a cup of coffee for the table after being told 45 minutes before hand that someone would bring out our coffee! To set the seal of this breakfast, our waitress finally came out with our breakfast, served it (luke warm), then swung by 10 minutes later to ask if we were happy. She received a terse one word answer from the table. After 2 cups of coffee, over 1-1/2 hours at the table and a luke warm breakfast, I was then charged 2x in error. Although, I was informed that a credit was issue to offset the error, only the 2 charges hit my bank account, so now I have to monitor my bank account for the next few days to make sure everything offsets. I am not coming back.

Outstanding food! You decide how you want your sandwiches. Neat dry marker menu- just select your own combinations. Wonderful deserts - the pecan bars are yummo. Great beer and wine selection. The staff is terrific and very professional. Great decor also. This place is a keeper!
