The customer service is horrible. I ordered a decaf coffee and was sent regular. Their website indicates they respond more quickly to emails than voicemails. In the past 10 days I have emailed them twice via their website and left one voicemail. No response whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated trying to get this error corrected.
