Yikes!!!
Ordered fried chicken from the gold mine last night. It was about 25 min before closing time so I do understand that is an annoying order right before closing. Either way it was delivered to the house and the cook must have taken the chicken straight out of the fryer and into a styrofoam container. Which completely melted the container all over the chicken. Ordered a 3 meat omelette with cheese, was delivered an egg that looked like a piece of rubber, overcooked, no cheese, and 2 pieces of sausage. Was garbage. Such a shame since they used to know how to make a freaking egg omelette
I had their lemonade, chicken bow tie soup, chicken strips, French fries. EXCELLENT!! Lemonade was tangy with just enough sweet. Soup was flavorful. Chicken strips were tempura battered - meaty, delicious & crispy! Waitress was friendly & helpful. Reasonable price! It was a very good lunch!! We will be back!! Thank you Gold Mine!!
