To my liking, this is a great addition to the downtown area of Spring Valley. Took the wife here for what turned out to be a very tasty lunch. The humus is homemade and very tasty, the only thing I would recommend is a generous drizzling of honey over the top. Quick and friendly service! Delicious hummus with enough vegetables and bread to make it a meal for the vegan with us. The gyro and falafel both came with a generous amount of fries. The sandwiches were a good balance of fresh toppings and sauce to go with the gyro and falafel. Delicious lunch! Can’t wait to go back.

The food was good but a little odd . I had the Mac and cheese with chicken in it. It was very tasty. Although it was served in a bowl and was a tad difficult to cut up the chicken pieces with the bowl trying to spin. My better half had the cheeseburger sliders. It was not what I would call a slider.
