I got the Queso Burris tacos and the Bavarian cream filled churro! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best and most authentic Mexican food I've had in Springfield. I used to live in San Diego and would have Mexican food trucks come by my squadron with breakfast burritos. I have been looking for a long time to find something equivalent to what I could get in California. The first time I got food here I realized I had found it. Life changing moment. I go here at least twice a week and have never been disappointed. Their Carne Asada burrito is AMAZING. Also, try their hibiscus drink. It is just as good as anything I used to get when I lived in Guatemala.

The meat wasn’t very fresh the drive through is tight and they barley speak English

Love this place, honestly some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The service is a bit slow but it's worth the wait. Their steak burrito is one of the best in central Illinois. Just the right amount of spice. The fried tacos are also 🔥🔥🔥🔥 something they season the meat with will leave your mouth watering wanting more. Highly recommend!

Food is always hot and fresh cooked to order flavor and food are always consistent. The amount of food you get for a reasonable price makes this place even more of a reason to like it

The food is good, albeit smothered in grease and terribly unhealthy, but the big problem comes with pick up orders and deliveries. They are never on time, often 15-30 minutes late, then canceling orders after those 15-30 minutes.

Recently at about 9:30am, I ordered a lunch to be made and delivered between 11:30 and Noon. 12:15 rolled around and the food had not yet been made and two Uber Eats drivers had attempted to pick up, subsequently dropping the assignment. This led to Abelardo’s canceling the order, even though the order was placed nearly 3 hours earlier.

TL;DR this place has awful service and terrible management and planning. Don’t order pickup from here or your order may get dropped or delayed massively.

This place is notorious for being extremely late with pick up orders and delivery apps, as well as canceling orders 15-30 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered. I ordered ahead, at 9:30am for a 11:30-12:00 delivery window, and they still couldn’t get their act together enough to make the food on time, subsequently canceling the order at 12:15. These folks have no idea what they’re doing.

Taco salad! Generous portion, fresh ingredients. Hispanic food by very nice people who know how it's done! 👍👍🏻👍🏼👍🏾👍🏿 It's very small. If you're not familiar with that stretch of Jefferson look it up on your phone, etc..

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian? Order anything and hold the meat!

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it's take-out only. So drive-up, presumably walk-up.

Got tacos in past and good. Decided to order online and really disappointed. Ordered Texas bowl, was splurging, paid almost 15 bucks for a bowl of peppers and onions... Maybe the description online should be accurate
