I have never been treated so poorly for someone else’s mistake. Phil needs to get some training on how to speak to people with respect. I will never return as long as this man is here and I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this experience. Terrible experience terrible. And an hour and a half of my time wasted. Poor management to say thee very least beware he’s aggressive.

me and my dad got 2 extra large pizzas from there and the food was delicious. the workers were really chill and gave great customer service. definitely recommend
Online order. 12 wings were 16.25 there was also a pizza purchased.
I was shorted 1/2 of the wings I ordered . I live across town . . They said they would refund the money I agreed. Then they got the manager on the phone that said only a $10 credit would be offered for the next time of purchase.
Let’s do the math 16.25 for wings. Money for gas to get back out there so say $5 and then to go back out there would be another 5 , My $10 credit would be voided, I’d be short either way.
As a customer doing business I shouldn’t be taking a loss when a purchase was made.
Side note if you like wings they are good wings just make sure you double check everything at the establishment ! “As a customer you shouldn’t have too “ . I won’t be returning to Antonio’s.
I’ve also had bad results at other locations. So this was just the last for me. Wing stop will be getting my future purchases.
