Wrong products on online order site. I paid for thick crust and got thin crust. Rude customer service when I called to tell them my order was wrong.

Won’t let you give less than one star. This is the worst Antonio’s in town as far as service. What’s sad is it’s the closest one to my house, and can never order from them. I used to really like their pizza but when you don’t except walk ins or you don’t answer your phone why even open. Joke of a place

I've never had a bad pizza from Antonio's. I'm not sure why they started closing earlier during the week. 3 out of 4 times I called the N grand east store there was only one delivery driver and it was a very long wait time.

I literally just ordered 2 pizzas, one of which I have been ordering on Wednesday's because of the Wednesday special advertised by Antonio's which is a Sausage, Pepperoni, mushroom and green peppers pizza. The guy who took my order over phone made a mistake a gave me a Sausage, Pepperoni, mushroom and olives. I called them to let them know this and the same guy who took my order started yelling and screaming and saying you made the mistake like he was insane! I will NEVER EVER be a customer with this Antonio's on North Grand! These are the rudest, people with no customer service and they do not appreciate their customers business! I prefer to order from somewhere else where my business is appreciated and I'm treated with respect.

Horrible staff and management. Tried to order a pizza and they were extremely rude over the phone. There was a confusion about a canceled order that never happened. The manager got frustrated and yelled at us when we asked more about the incident that resulted us being on a no delivery list. Definitely do not recommend.
Was in the area for a work trip, this place was the closest to my hotel so I figured I would give it a shot. Man I’m glad I did! The thick crust was amazing loved the garlic on the crust. The dudes in there know what there doing!!!! Glad I gave this place a shot!

Don't honor their third party website you order from. When they run out they still charge you for it but you never get it and they don't want to return your money.
