No wait to be seated. Service was prompt. I like that Mike is attentive but not overly attentive. Our food was hot and fresh. The manager, Trinton, stopped by to check on us. Dessert was OUTSTANDING 😩. Affordable and really good! The only complaint I have is I stuffed myself miserable!

So I went there it was very empty and silent then the waiter came in like in 20-27mins I asked if I could get a glass of water and he said rudely would you like a lemon with that then asked for a well done steak and the orders came in ten mins to my realization it was rare steak

Used to be good here but last visit was not good. Went for lunch on Sunday. Parking lot was almost empty which seemed strange. People at 5 or 6 tables. Nothing we ordered was like it used to be. The ribs were on flat bones and the meat wouldn't come off. Rest of the food was just plain. Won't be going back to this location unless it gets better again. Also noticed price increase. Everything almost $20.

The wait times are long... waiting to be seated took almost 25 minutes, and the host never updated us on how much longer we would have to wait or even addressed the new customers. So if you aren't in an hurry what's so ever then go. Service was good once seated but even keeping their table service was lacking.

I don’t usually leave reviews but some of the staff are extremely unprofessional. My server was polite but a different server/ bartender (short woman with brown hair in a ponytail) yelled across the restaurant and threatened to slap a customer. I understand it was a busy night, but I’ve worked at at Applebees and never experienced anything like that before. This same waiter was the one who sat me and I waited ten minutes at the host stand before she hurried back in from outside.
