Ordered food to go Took forever to get the order order was wrong waited even longer for it to be remade and it was still wrong. Would not recommend going there. Photo show sandwich it was supposed to be plain does that look plain they even made it twice and still not plain.

My friends were staying at the crown plaza and we decided to meet up at applebee's. The place was not too busy. Service was very slow. I did appreciate that the waitress stood back from the table a little bit because it is flu season. Three of us ordered. Eventually the waitress come back and told us one of us needed to change their order because what she had ordered was NOT available. Ok. It did take a bit longer to receive our food. It was okay quality wise, about what you would expect from the chain restaurant. What took forever was getting her back so we could get our checks. And then she had to revise the checks because because it still included the item that was not available. She did apologize for the error and for forgetting about us.

If ordering a beer I suggest getting a bottle or can. I don't think there lines to the tap beer have been cleaned. Sat at the bar and had appetizers. They were good. Bartender was good, friendly as with everywhere now days short help so bartender was doing double duty.

UPDATE: The restaurant and corporate responded to my concerns. The holidays caused some miscommunication but the outcome was very satisfactory. I appreciate the corporate/franchise follow-up to complaints made. It lets me know the entire business structure cares about their patrons. Thank you Applebee's.

Check your curb side and take way orders thoroughly. Paid for extra toppings on my nachos and didn’t receive any pico or sour cream and the beef was a bit on the overcooked side. Not at all happy with the service.
Don't bother, the staff is nice but they are severely overwhelmed, my partner and I waited nearly 30 minutes for our entrees only to find out that our order never made it to the kitchen. I'd be more understanding if it had been busy but there were only 3 other parties, won't be going back
