2026-01-05, 4.5 star-Amanda is a wonderful server, friendly, competent & efficient.
4.5 star-Kelley is a great server and she does her job with a smile and she's on the ball. I had the all-you-can-eat and the third order which is a small one took quite a long time for some reason. By the way their hot honey sauce is awesome, just make sure you like spice according to my friend.
3.5 star-Decent food n prices.

We visited on a Sunday evening, staying overnight in Springfield on our way to Florida. I appreciate the Applebee's franchise when traveling. Still, the experience falls on the local management team and crew. The menu and prices are a good value. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, however service was slow and gloomy. I am 63 and my husband is 70. We had to show ID to order alcohol drinks. Good grief. We sat at the bar to dine. The phone rang numerous times and went unanswered. Like, an employee literally ignored it time and time again. Unacceptable...
